What we collect, why, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the project type you select, and whatever you write in the message field. We don't collect payment information or any other personal data through this site.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are forwarded to our internal workflow system (n8n) so our team can see and respond to your enquiry. We use the information only to respond to you about the project you've described — we don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages get visited, roughly how, and from where. This is aggregate usage data, not used to identify you personally.
Advertising
We run ads and use a tracking pixel from OpenAI to measure how they perform, for example whether a visit to this site came from one of our ads. The pixel may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and sends OpenAI information about your visit. When you submit the contact form or tap our phone number, our server also tells OpenAI that a conversion happened. That message contains the event and the page it happened on, but not your name, email address or message. We don't sell your information.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors across visits, and the advertising pixel above may set its own. Google's advertising features are turned off. You can opt out at any time with the "Opt out of analytics and ad tracking" link at the bottom of every page. This removes the Google Analytics cookies and stops Google Analytics, the advertising pixel and these conversion messages. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for our own project records. If you'd like your information removed, email us and we'll action it.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email us.
