How fast do you respond?
You'll hear back within 24 to 48 hours of reaching out, with a reply or a call to talk through scope.

We're not a middleman agency. Every project is overseen by a senior developer, not layered behind account managers, and a small two-person leadership team stays close to the people doing the work.

It depends on what you need, so we don't quote blind. After a scope chat, you get a written proposal with cost and turnaround before anything starts.
Do you get it right the first time?
Around 1 in 5 requests need some rework as we go. We say so upfront and budget for it, instead of pretending it won't happen.
What happens after we agree to work together?
A scope chat and meeting with senior developers and management, then a written proposal covering scope, cost, and turnaround. Once underway, you get regular progress updates and a handover meeting to walk through the first draft before final delivery.
